The hotel Au Soleil is a small and young hotel (but foresees to
Saint-Vincent from almost 50 years!!) managed by two brothers, Carlo and
Giuseppe Motto Ros. After a brief period of job and study - five years -
we have decided to make the great footstep beginning the jobs of
restructuring.

In the years of our management-study we have done all the possible to
maintain a good qualitative level with a good price.Always trying to
maintain these characteristics we have realized therefore the new Hotel Au
Soleil. A born hotel and thought with the criticisms and the suggestions
of our guests: it doesn't now stay whether to come to try us to verify the
goodness of our job and to give us other new and pleasant suggestions. The
first stone of the
first Hotel Du Soleil
has been staid in 1956 in correspondence of the beginning of the
construction of the new great casino of Saint-Vincent. In 1958 we have the
completion of the jobs and the beginning of the long management of
founders, brothers Ernesto and Rosina Gaillard. Gives strategic position,
but above all the wise care soaked of "valdostanità" of Ernesto and
Rosina, the small hotel has immediately begun to record tall presences of
occupation. After 30 years the two brothers Gaillard has decided to take
him the deserved relax and to surrender for six years the management of
the hotel to the family Zani. In 1996 the management changes again and the
hotel returns in hand twos direct owners, Giuseppe and Carlo Motto Ros.
After a simple refreshed to the walls, to you furnish him and some cut on
the prices, for five years him hotel-meublé of category two stars,
increase its presences up to touch a rate of annual occupation among the
tallest in the Valley of Aosta. In August 2002 we finally succeed to
inaugurate the
new Hotel Au
Soleil and in September of the same year it also opens the leaves ours
pretty small restaurant-bistrot "Le Vin Coeur" submitted to Chef
Vincenzo's wise hands with the jewel help of the help-chef Sandra.
The hotel is always now a modern three stars with family management, that
offers 24
rooms with all the
comforts of the category and a good restaurant with a menù from the strong
